About

This is the personal website for Felix van Litsenburg.

I have five years’ experience in strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman, where I focused on projects in Private Equity, bank restructuring, and public policy. I am currently part of the general management at peekd, a Berlin-based startup.

This website contains any articles / work I have done that is in the public domain.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford, and a Master’s degree in Economics from London School of Economics. You can download my Master’s thesis on Development Economics here. It is called “A Social Learning Model to Explain the Urban Bias” and uses a social learning model to explain why governments might favour urban areas when allocating resources. Because information spreads faster in urban areas, governments are likely to stay in power when favouring them when allocating public resources.

Through my company FvL Holding UG (haftungsbeschränkt) I offer business consultancy services. Reach out to me at fvanlitsenburg@gmail.com.

Outside of working hours I have set up Wetzoek, a search engine built for the Dutch legal system. This engine draws on artificial intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Haystack to facilitate searching through Dutch law and cases.
